Everyone knows I LOVE our original Artisan Bread. Not only do I love to eat this bread but I love to TEACH our customers how to make this bread.

We are expanding our selections with this new Healthy Artisan Bread class where you will choose to make a bread from 2 different loaves. Please bring two 3 qt containers to take home your freshly made dough.

We will provide a packet to take home with you. In our 2 hour class you will mix and bake bread using minimal ingredients. There is nothing special to buy as we will just use ingredients you already have at home. We can literally make this bread in minutes without kneading.

An activity kit is provided which includes two (2) bread mixes. Please bring an appetite, apron and another container to take your freshly baked Artisan Bread home in.

Fun and learned so much

Sharon did a great job instructing and teaching us about gluten sourdough bread. She took us from starter to a beautiful loaf of delicious bread.
I learned so much and was surprised it was so easy. I will be taking more classes from Sharon.

Homerun!

I have to thank Sharon first she made thinks so easy. My first 5+ loaves weren't up to what I had hoped. No Dutch oven and working from a pan I adjusted and adjusted and kept referring to Sharon's handout. Finally did good cup and pulls and 48 hour cold fermentation. Magic happened!

Fun time

Learned alot. Can not wait to take this to my kitchen and make these cookies. Great host!

Amazing time and delicious macarons to take home! Sharon did a great job walking the group through making these yummy treats - my daughter and I had a great time. Highly recommend :)
